Hi, I’m Kiley Efron, an energy healer, intuitive, breathwork facilitator and somatic practitioner. My work supports people who feel overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected after years of carrying stress, responsibility, and emotional strain.

Through a blend of energy healing, somatic practices, and intuitive insight, I help release tension held in the body, restore balance to the nervous system, and bring clarity to the deeper patterns shaping your life.

  • No prior experience is needed. All sessions are guided and adapted to meet you where you are. Whether this is your first time or you’ve explored similar work before, you’ll be supported throughout the process in a way that feels accessible and comfortable.

  • Every experience is different. Some people feel strong physical or emotional sensations, while others experience a deep sense of relaxation or subtle shifts. The work is effective regardless of what you consciously feel during the session, as it supports the body and nervous system in ways that may continue to unfold afterward.

  • Sessions are available both in person and remotely. Because this work engages the nervous system, body awareness, and energy, it can be just as effective from a distance. Many clients find that remote sessions allow them to relax more deeply in the comfort of their own space.

  • No. These sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. They are designed to complement other forms of support by helping regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and deepen self-awareness.
